It was 8+ years since I had been to a dentist, due to previous bad experiences and general anxiety about the whole situation. After reading many good reviews, I knew it was time to try "another" dentist. From the moment I first rang & spoke to Charlie - I have never looked back. The practice is modern, spotless, bright & welcoming. I met Dr Bill, burst into tears & he & his team were completely non-judgmental & took the time to listen to my concerns & explain everything to me. We set a dental care plan in place & I was actually looking forward to having everything cleaned & fixed. I used the IV sedation service & honestly, it's a game changer. I also used the oral sedation on another visit & I think it really has changed the way I look at dentistry. I am so thrilled with the results of my clean, teeth whitening & composite veneers. Dr Bill and the team provide outstanding dental services. In addition to regular cleaning, I have had several more complicated procedures (crowns, root canal, implant etc). Dr Bill provided detailed explanation for each and using the latest equipment & techniques made the procedures as stress free and comfortable as possible. I am very pleased with dental care provided and the communication / interaction with all the team. It's now a pleasure to go to the dentist.
