My dentist, Salli Adil Ali, is very friendly and explains the procedure before and also gives feedback and suggestions afterward. Other doctors from this practice have given me advice about my wisdom tooth. They are partnered with Bupa Dental and as a Bupa member, I can access all the facilities and benefits they offer.

If the dentist is running even half an hour late, the receptionist will call to inform me. On one occasion when the dentist couldn’t make it, they arranged for another doctor to handle what could be done first, and the next time I saw my original dentist, the very first thing was a sincere apology. They also make sure a staff member who speaks my language is on duty when needed. All the staff are incredibly friendly, taking away the usual fear and tension people feel when visiting a dentist.
