My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Oksana for over a year now. She is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is able to explain oral health in a manner which is easy to understand. She is very gentle with her hands and we have loved our experience so far.
Hello everyone Very disappointed and sad this happens I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Robert Otken Saw me and he said he will do some deep cleaning which might fix and he did around the pain area and charges me Aus $.265 and said need to do 2 fillings. Appointment after a week. I am still in so much pain I came back next day but he was busy and said I take Panadol for pain till Friday. On the appointment day I told him the tooth is paining is shaking…. He said nothing wrong and started the 2 fillings and later said there is more fillings to do on a latter date… off course mouth is already numb so I agree to do all the same day.. 6 fillings including the shaking tooth.PAID Aus.$ 1,057. Next day pain was too much came back he was on holiday and appointment only on 2nd Jan and was told just take Panadol for pain… waited 2 week and I saw him that the tooth pain is too much and shaking… he checked and scratched the good tooth and said nothing wrong and may be cracked… this time after 2 weeks I went to another dentist 10min she just said tooth broken and beyond saving. And extracted the tooth Aus$525… which should have been done the first day16th Dec …. FROM 16th December to 30th Jan I went through a lot of pain unpaid days of work lost could not eat well Just for some to make extra $$$ This is my personal thought I am sure a broken tooth was not an over site as that is the quality of the dentist. I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone in the future. Total money spent Aus$ 1,847 and 2 months of pain plus MANY DAYS LOSS OF PAY
After not being to a dentist since COVID, I've just had the beat dental experience ever. Thank you Dr Heba Ebid and the team! I'll cya in about 6 months, ongoing :)
Absolute rip off level pricing. Cost me almost $400 for a 20 minute filling that had no anaesthetic etc provided and no customer service or transparency. (That price was the gap by the way) Literally go anywhere else
I had an excellent experience at Pacific Smiles Dental. Dr. Oksana Verlan was very gentle and explained everything in detail, which made me feel relaxed and confident. The staff were friendly, the clinic was very clean, and my treatment was quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Verlan for anyone needing dental care.”
