Hi Greenacre Dental, I am a regular patient at the dental surgery and have been attending the service for about three years now for both my family and I. I have been pleased with Dr. Dinh’s quality of service and also his efficient service that he provides. He and his team are also friendly and have a warm approach to patients. Although, the front receptionist I noticed can be abrupt in her manner towards clients. As I have forgotten my private health card today. I was replied with a sacarsm to take a seat and download the app. To then whilst seated hearing murmurs from both receptionists and peering over. It’s unkind and can deter regular patients from attending.
