Hands down best medical practice in the area! Having tried a few practices when I first moved to the area can absolutely say this is the best. Everyone I have seen - Dr Maya, Dr Barlow, Dr Mitch the physio, the nurse practitioners - have been exceptional, caring and go out of their way for their patients. The practice is clearly loved by many and is always busy (so be patient and nice to the receptionists!). Bulk-billing, accessible, easy, validated parking and right near Bankstown station - the practice ticks all the boxes!

Dr. Christina Gorgy, the dental assistant Radwaa and receptionist team have been very informative and super friendly throughout my Invisalign journey. The team is super flexible with accomodating their patients schedule. The clinic is clean and offers a range of dental services. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to see Dr. Christina.

Other then the amazing doctors/nurses who are exceptional. The admin and reception area, wait times on the phone, disrespectful attitude when you finally get in contact with them is a joke. Total lack of positive customer service. Either they have a out of control system or no system at all. They have no regard for how long people wait on hold for, they have conversations with eachother and other patients whilst being on the phone and they answer the phones and talk to you huffing and puffing. They can't be bothered.... they sound defeated and angry. Long time ago, if we spoke to clients/patients they way do, you would be fired instantly. The best thing there are the doctors/nurses/allied health professionals. Admin / reception needs to go or get a new system. If you are that busy and flat out they need to ease the doctors not stress them out with additional work. Questionable processes and systems in place or not in place.

Fantastic Medical Center! Easy to book a doctors appointment online, bookings confirmed straight away and entered into Google calendar, HotDoc service is great, receptionist staff very professional with a sense of humour and my GP Dr Keramianakis just awesome. Punctual, professional, always one step ahead , suggesting tests, X-Rays, doesn't let anything slip and with his demeanour he got me following up on health matters promptly.

Our family has been visiting the dental section here, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! My wife, our little girls, and I all go for our dental treatments, and every visit has been excellent. Dr. Diana Toma is absolutely amazing with kids — she’s gentle, patient, and makes them feel completely comfortable. Our girls actually look forward to seeing her, which says a lot! The receptionist is always super helpful and friendly, and the nurses are professional, caring, and make everything run smoothly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients.
