I can’t recommend Dr Amanda highly enough. She has supported me through a range of mental health challenges with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. From the very beginning, she created a safe and understanding space where I felt heard and respected. What truly sets her apart is her ability to provide practical, effective strategies that I can take away and apply in my everyday life. Her guidance has made a meaningful difference in how I manage my thoughts and emotions. Dr Amanda consistently goes above and beyond to support her clients, and I’m incredibly grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my wellbeing. If you’re looking for a psychologist who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, I would strongly recommend her.

Thank you to Dr. Amin who was very kind, attentive and understanding when discussing my health concern today. It had caused me a lot of stress and pain but I felt reassured after my consult with her. Great bedside manner and also made a clear plan for follow-up. Ability to use HotDoc system for appointments is also really helpful so I can plan my schedule around it.

I dont usually leave reviews but ive been here several times before and the practitioners I have seen always seem uninterested and seem to always be in a hurry to get rid of you however ive booked with Dr Nurangini Rahman and shes the best! She took her time to explain things thoroughly and actually seemed interested. Will be booking with her more often!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Advanced Dental Services, and I feel compelled to share just how uncomfortable it was. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, but what truly stood out - in the worst way -was the behavior of the receptionist. The lady at the front desk was shockingly unprofessional and came across as rude and dismissive. Instead of being helpful or courteous, her tone felt pushy and borderline harassing. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my situation, and her attitude made me feel rushed and disrespected rather than cared for as a patient. A dental clinic should prioritize patient comfort and professionalism, but unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. The lack of basic courtesy at reception set a very negative tone for the entire visit. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Respect and professionalism cost nothing, yet they seemed completely absent here.

Other then the amazing doctors/nurses who are exceptional. The admin and reception area, wait times on the phone, disrespectful attitude when you finally get in contact with them is a joke. Total lack of positive customer service. Either they have a out of control system or no system at all. They have no regard for how long people wait on hold for, they have conversations with eachother and other patients whilst being on the phone and they answer the phones and talk to you huffing and puffing. They can't be bothered.... they sound defeated and angry. Long time ago, if we spoke to clients/patients they way do, you would be fired instantly. The best thing there are the doctors/nurses/allied health professionals. Admin / reception needs to go or get a new system. If you are that busy and flat out they need to ease the doctors not stress them out with additional work. Questionable processes and systems in place or not in place.
