I recently had a very pleasant experience at 123 Dental. The atmosphere at the clinic was very relaxing and welcoming. I was seen right on time for my appointment, which I really appreciated — no waiting at all. It was also lovely to receive a follow-up call the next day to check how I was doing. The team at 123 Dental are all excellent in their roles ... from the front desk to the very friendly hygienists and skilled dentists. I have had some very good work done at 123 over the last few years and always painless and seemingly of high quailty. The new crown carving machine makes crowns a one visit episode. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been a patient at 123Dental for 7 years now, and have never had a bad experience! I mostly see Dr Jack and Dr Alex who both have this natural ability to ease my anxiety (especially during treatments!) with their warmth, skills, and genuine care. I know that if something doesn’t feel quite right I can speak up and my voice will be heard, without any judgement. I can, therefore, always trust that Dr Jack and Dr Alex will do all they can to make sure that I am left feeling both mentally and physically comfortable whilst I’m in their care. This level of care extends to the rest of the team too. I always feel valued as a patient, and truly appreciate the effort that everyone puts in to make sure you leave with a smile on your face (pun intended 😁)!

I always leave this clinic with a big smile, literally. All staff is professionally appealing as well as welcoming. I don't mind driving there from suburbs for my dental procedures even I am not local anymore. Great ambience and location, plenty of parking is available at the clinic or at the Coles in the same building.
