I have suffered with many years of Dentist anxiety and have been trying to find the right dentist. Dr Chee Keong Yeap was so friendly and so kind along with his assistant and the reception staff, they made me feel very comfortable, I didn’t feel any shame or awkwardness throughout the process. I feel blessed to have found this dentist practice and cannot recommend it anymore, I would have never thought I would ever look forward to seeing a dentist. Keep up the amazing work.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Chee Keong Yeap and the entire team. From the outset, they were highly responsive and supportive, particularly as my dental concern related to an implant completed overseas—something I understand not all clinics are willing to manage. The level of care, follow-up, and genuine kindness shown throughout was exceptional. This has honestly been some of the best service I’ve experienced, not only in healthcare but across customer service more broadly. I felt comfortable, well supported, and confident in my care at every stage. Dr Yeap took the time to clearly explain each aspect of the treatment in an easy-to-understand way and was always approachable and happy to answer any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future treatment and would highly recommend Dr Yeap and the team to anyone seeking a professional and compassionate dental clinic.
I’ve seen Dr Lucy Ge several times now and every single time I visit her clinic, the whole process is seamless and professional, from first contact with her receptionist and nurses to having my treatment completed. Lucy is an exceptional dentist, with excellent communication skills and calm mannerism and has always made me feel at ease during every visit. She is gentle and kind and I recommend her to everyone looking for an excellent dentist. Thank you Lucy and team. See you in 6 months :)
They are really good and informative, very relaxing environment and comfortable. I have had Maggie and Diffy as my dentists and they are very good !! The receptionists as well are friendly, 10/10. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was an easy process and much better than I imagined! Thank you Joondana Family Dental
The staff are so lovely! I completely missed an appointment/got the wrong time and despite being super busy they managed to fit me in on the same day and were so kind about it. Everyone there from the admin team to dental was a pleasure to deal with especially when going to the dentist isn’t something you generally look forward to. Glad to have found them.
