I honestly can’t thank the team at Sparkle Dental enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Every single staff member is kind, professional, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The work they did on my implants has completely changed my life. I absolutely love my smile! From the moment we Called up for my son’s tongue and lip ties We just felt so comfortable with everyone we spoke to Being a first time mum I was so anxious having my son have a laser release. The moment we walked in the door, the girls were so welcoming and friendly and the dentist herself was very calm and knew exactly what she was doing. Although the experience was upsetting for my baby and myself and my husband The girls made it as positive as possible They were also very helpful with their after-care and showed video demonstrations and explained a lot . I am so glad we chose to go there Highly highly recommend if your baby has any tongue or lip ties!
I have undergone orthognathic surgery and orthodontic treatment so needed a dentist who is comprehensive with monitoring of my teeth and gum health. Dr Alex and his team members are all very detail-oriented and comprehensive. They always introduce themselves, listen to patient's concerns, and have a solid understanding of your history. Dr Alex has excellent bedside manner and I am truly appreciative of his passion towards patient education and structured approach with dental care.
