JCD have done my dental work for over 25 years and I would not go anywhere else. The front desk staff have inevitably changed a little over the years but are always professional and friendly. Dr Roy Sarmidi has been my dentist all that time and he’s great, very knowledgable and experienced. I appreciate the way they have invested in new technology over the years to improve the care and comfort of patients.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Catalin Iacob, and all the staff at Joondalup City Dental. After previous poor advice from other dentists and poorly applied veneers, I was understandably nervous about trusting someone with my smile again. From the very first appointment, Dr Catalin completely changed that experience for me. He is incredibly gentle, thorough, and takes the time to step you through every part of the process so you always know what to expect. That level of care and communication made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout each visit. Dr Catalin truly listens to his patients, takes your concerns seriously, and approaches his work with an incredible level of skill and artistry. I now have a smile I am proud of, and while our journey isn’t finished yet, my confidence in dentists has been completely restored. Very disappointed came all the way from Yanchep hoping to have my implants cleaned and checked but a mix up occurred so no cleaning and asked to come back got charged 50 dollars for virtual nothing. Quote to clean Two implants was $250 which is unbelievable. Appointment was 10.30am eventually got in at 10.55am you really need to practice punctuality.
