What a joy Sachita and Maria are. Sachita for her ability to explain what she is doing as she does her work. She has a wonderful "bedside manner" and keeps you advised of costs and what work is needed. She and Maria make a wonderful team. Maria is caring and pleasant and she anticipates Sachitas needs and they work so well together. A most comforting dental experience.

Don’t know who cold called me to book an appointment - I work away and I was very busy, managed to take the call and the way I was spoken to is horrid, I’ve been going here when I’ve had time in my schedule and now I’m not coming back. Please ensure that your receptionist are not snide or vitriolic - but more understanding, just because I am not able to confirm when I am free on the phone doesn’t mean comments like the ones made via phone are ok. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Whoever called me I hope you read this and fix your attitude.
