I would highly recommend DB Dental, Joondalup. My daughter sees Dr Adam Russell regularly for Check ups and has also seen Dr Naomi Martin, both dentists very kind, caring and gentle. Always taking time to explain what they are doing and chatting with my daughter to help her feel at ease. I myself see Dr Josh Robertson who is also amazing. Very gentle! I had a filling and can honestly say it was a pleasure. Thank you DB Dental.
Despite some issues with my booking, the ladies at the reception managed to book me in the following day. My dentist was great had a double tooth extraction and it was clean and quick. After care instruction given and explained fully. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone just wish I remembered his name .
A fantastic dental practice. Dr Adam Russell is gentle, thorough and always explains everything clearly. Dental assistant Maddie is absolutely lovely—kind, calm and very reassuring, and she helps make every visit feel relaxed and comfortable. The lovely lady at reception is also incredibly professional, friendly and always manages to bring a bit of humour to the visit. I used to be nervous about dental appointments, but thanks to the care I’ve received here — both from my current dentist, and Dr Ryan Butler who I saw previously at the practice — that fear has completely disappeared. I’m genuinely grateful to have found such a kind and professional team.
My appointment was saturday 1st February, was absolutely hot day. DB Dental Joondalup customer service is everything a customer asks for. Informative, kind, and happy to help. The atmosphere lovely bright cool waiting room. The experience of a extraction, filling, teeth cleanse and advice was relaxing and comfortable. I had a whole day in Joondalup to do other things. I was amazed how relaxed I was the whole day. Plus we had a 2 hour drive home. I am looking forward to my next visit. New customer. Thank you
The dentist was amazing. She was very skilled, knowledgeable and had a kind and friendly. I didn’t give a 5 star rating because I had a negative experience with the receptionist.
