All round pleasant visit. The waiting room is beautifully lit with natural light and has a comfortable feel to it. Reception staff are really lovely. The Dentist and Nurse are both so gentle and patient and don’t push to do unnecessary treatment. They are always on time too! Always a great experience visiting Silas St.
From reception, to the nurses, to Dr Eng, couldn’t have been a smoother, more gentle experience. Huge bonus they are also Bupa registered. Thank you Silas dental! ⭐️
My experience here has been good, other than them sending a referral with my details onto another clinic for a specific treatment without my permission, and without even informing me, even though there are plenty of other cheaper clinics around. And then that referral clinic continues to try to contact you incessantly to try to get you to book in for their ridiculously overpriced treatment. Makes me think there must be a deal going on between the 2 clinics
Knowledgeable and caring staff. I had heard good things about Silas Steet Dental (SSD) in the past, and after a couple of poor quality experiences with my previous local dentist, where an implant tooth kept coming loose, I decided to try SSD. I'm so glad I did, their honesty and useful advice was refreshing, and there was no pushy upsell to have extra unnecessary work done. In fact, they recommended that should my problem occur again, that they will provide a referral to a prosthodontist (not employed by them), because they said that's who should have done the implant in the first place, not just a regular dentist who had done a short course on implants to cash in on this type of expensive work (i.e. my previous incompetent dentist). Best of all, my visit was completely covered by my health insurance. I will be going to SSD for dental work from now on.
Had a great experience here. Ive needed a night guard since I was a kid and have gone through tons of them, but I've been struggling to find one that was durable and comfortable over the years. So far this is the most comfortable one I've had. The dentist was super understanding and helped me without issue to make sure the mouthguard was exactly the right fit.
