I want to extend my gratitude to everyone at On Point Dental Fremantle. On Christmas Day, I experienced a lot of pain from a tooth issue, and they were the only place open. If they hadn’t been available, I would have had to wait four days because of the public holidays. The front desk receptionist was polite, friendly, and very helpful. The surgery was very clean, and both the dentist and his nurse were patient and caring, explaining everything clearly. I genuinely don't know how I would have gotten through this without On Point Dental. Thank you! wish i could have given more stars than 5
Dr Kumar was efficient and professional in his application to my severe pain. His manner put me at ease as he thoroughly explained what he proposed to do to fix my problem. He responded immediately to my needs and his work was successful. The dental assistant was very kind as well as professional in her work. The receptionist was thorough and efficient and I appreciated her prompt attention to my issue. Overall I would highly recommend this service.
Friendliest yet most professional environment I’ve experienced in a long time. The people at the front desk we’re so kind, Dr. Gill was great and made the whole process clear and easy to understand while doing constant checks to see if I was comfortable. Will be back.
