Highly recommended, I have always treated my teeth in Italy in my home country and I was a little afraid to start treating my teeth here in Australia because I have no knowledge. In the end I relied on this team and from the reception they are very kind plus I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Naomi who initially did the cleaning of my teeth and in the second appointment she treated two of my teeth. Together with the nurse they were kind and professional I did not encounter any discomfort or pain. And they are very friendly they made me feel at ease right away. Thanks 🦷👍
Dr Yashu is compassionate, gentle and makes the time to accommodate, the reception are also lovely, along with the office being welcoming and homely (those that dislike, or get nervous in medical settings will understand why I wrote this). They also take a preventative approach and do not push anything unnecessary, which is comforting, especially knowing that some dentists can be dishonest. Highly recommend!
I've been there initially for a consultation to discuss the plan and took a few months before executing the plans and have now been there twice for a tooth extraction and one follow up check up and all the time I can honestly say that I am very happy and impressed with everything right from the receptionist and the dentist I saw. Just very friendly, outstanding and excellent customer service and very reasonably priced too, couldn't be happier with the service and experience I get from them. Thank you guys for making what is a scary experience for me to be as less painful and friendly as it could be.
Lovely little dentist with excellent customer service. When I was booking my toddler in for her first appointment the receptionist happily offered to make a phone call on my behalf to check if we were eligible for assistance and promptly called me back. So nice to have someone who makes a busy mums day a little easier! The dentist and assistant that my daughter saw were both super lovely and so child friendly that it was almost a treat for her to go to the dentist :)
