The best dental practice I’ve ever been to! The gorgeous receptionist, I believe her name was Anna, was so kind and helpful. She made my day and we had a great conversation. Dr Thinus Koen was very professional, kind, personable, and gentle. I didn’t feel a thing when he put my filling in! I wouldn’t change dentists if they paid me!
Receptionist is deliberately rude if your poorer or on centre link. I get it they don't want people like us coming back i suppose. Shame.
Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Koen is so gentle, kind, informative and accommodating, whilst also being swift and thorough. I've never felt so calm and cared for at the dentist. If I ever move cities I will fly back just to get dental work done with him!
I absolutely Love this Dentist!! The service has always been above & beyond.. All the staff I've ever encountered have been a pleasure to say the least. I've found my forever dentist here and have plenty of previous less than desirable experiences elsewhere for comparison. Thank-you all for making every visit such a enjoyable one.
