My partner and I have been seeing Dr Jonathan for a few years now. He is an excellent dentist . He listens carefully to our concerns and then offers advice or suggestions based on his experience. He comes across as honest, authentic, and his knowledge and expertise are truly admirable. The staff at reception are polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. Dentist was great, good vibes and very easy to deal with. Knew his art very well, fast and efficient for what i needed. He had trouble with his assistant i must admit, she didn’t quite understand him even tho he was clear with his comms he was very patient. I’m sure she will get better. Reception was fantastic also.
Friendly and helpful staff, all very polite and professional. Shairah (receptionist) was very organised and attentive. Felt relaxed when having the treatment with Maz (DA) and Dr Jake Stanley. Excellent work done, calmly and carefully. Thorough check and review of my requirements. Hardly felt the injection and delighted with the outcome.
Ive had a lot of bad experiences with dentists.... But after going here, it has changed everything for me. Dr Jonathan McCartney is amazing!!! Hes gentle, explains everything hes doing step by step, he'll tell you the price of things before doing anything to make sure you can afford it and aren't left suprised at the end, he gives you options on what to do, he will check on you constantly and he cares about you. He genuinely loves his job and cares about the work he does. Im so greatful for Jonathan! Hes the best there is 💯% The reception are also amazing!
Staff greet you as soon as you walk in. They have your details ready for you to verify they are correct. My wait time is always less than 5mins. Our dentist Dr Jake Stanley is caring, kind & patient and listens to you accurately. He is terrific with my son who has Autism as are the office staff. Many thanks.
