Just wanted to say I had a really good experience at Elevate Dental when I went in to look into Invisalign. I was honestly a bit nervous going into it not really knowing what to expect but Jemma, Judith and the team were all really friendly and made everything feel super relaxed and easy. They took their time explaining things and I didn’t feel rushed at all, which helped a lot with calming my nerves. I left feeling a lot more comfortable and clear about what the process would involve. All in all I’m now going ahead with Invisalign and actually feeling much better about it all and excited to get started
Pretty disgusted by the customer service. They clearly value the checkbook over supportive customer service. They are completely out of touch. I booked the wrong time in error online and called them less the 24 hours to reschedule at 8am as soon as they opened to give the as much notice as possible. Deposit was paid and put down for the appointment. They advised if I moved it to the next day they would be keeping my deposit. Not really sure what the difference is between moving my appt to from later that day to the next day but apparently its a big one. Absolutely zero compassion and understanding for their clients. If you can't accommodate to online booking error dont offer it. Update: Em from elevate dental has contacted me over the phone to "offer a refund" they then asked me to remove my review. I said no and I still dont have my refund. I guess the refund was conditional. I wish I could say im surprised. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I am visiting my daughter in Melbourne I’m from Queensland. I broke a tooth while waiting to board my flight to Melbourne. I got to my daughters and she recommended her dentist Elevate. I would recommend them to anyone they got me in that same day and repaired my tooth. Very caring and they let you know what there doing as you go 100% happy
I needed several fillings and have a huge fear of the dentist!! I came to see Dr Judith for a pain free and super quick visit to get all my fillings sorted. The entire team is so welcoming and kind, Andrea on the front desk is so happy and sweet. I needed to return for some gum sensitivity and am so grateful with how patient and kind the team is. Thanks everyone!
Highly recommend. Friendly, compassionate and high quality dentist. I presented with chipped front teeth and was very anxious about whether it could be fixed to a level I would be happy with. The team at Elevate were very helpful and assured me it could. Dr Wong did a fantastic job and my teeth are better than ever. So glad I’ve found a new dentist I like and trust.
