I just checked my insurance issue at Bupa Dental, and I feel that the front desk staff at Bupa Dental Kew provided excellent service. Although she is not an insurance specialist, she was able to answer my questions, clearly explain the policy conditions, and patiently teach me how to make a claim. She was much more professional than the staff I spoke to yesterday at the Bupa Centre and the online customer service. The front desk staff member’s name is Julie. She was very professional, logical, patient, and respectful. I would like to give her a 5 star review here. I hope the clinic manager can properly praise Julie, as she truly solved my problem. I would also like to mention that my dentist, Dr. Gill, was excellent as well. She gave me very professional advice and was very gentle during the treatment. Thank you to the Bupa Dental Kew team.
I went to see Dr Nithya and she was exceptional! She fit me in quickly to see me for a sore impacted wisdom tooth as well as a routine check up and clean. She was thorough, efficient and quickly diagnosed me and has sorted out my follow up. I felt very confident and comfortable in her care and she has a sweet and kind manner. Most calm dentist appointment I've ever had. Would definitely recommend going to Dr Nithya! She'll be my regular dentist from now on!!
My family and I had our first appointments at Bupa Dental Kew and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dr Julie and Dr Gill are both great, gentle and professional, explaining everything throughout the session. The whole staff is friendly and Jolie the receptionist is just wonderful! Eager to help with a big smile and lot of care.
Was accommodated despite making a late booking. Excellent service and care provided by Dr Julia Kaburaki. Did not feel rushed with my questions despite being the last customer for the evening. Highly recommended to anyone searching for a reliable practice and dentist.
Extremely disappointing experience at Bupa Dental Kew. My daughter, 15, a Year 10 student, had her annual check-up booked. She went to school in the early morning on that day and forgot her physical Bupa card but showed photos of her Bupa and Medicare cards. The receptionist refused to proceed and pushed her appointment to the following week. And confirmed the message regarding the next appointment. Today she returned with the physical card, only to be told — again — that the dentist was “not available” and her appointment was moved all the way to 2026. This is unbelievable. The clinic showed zero respect for a student’s valuable time, no empathy, and no professionalism. Completely unacceptable behavior from both the receptionist and the dentist. We expected much better from Bupa Dental Kew. Very disappointed.
