My partner and I came in unannounced as our indoor cat had blood in its fur around a cut/in its neck; it looked like it went through some layers of skin. The reception was kind and understanding and we saw a nurse quite quickly. After talking to us and examining and cleaning the wound further it was clear that it was an older scratch he had and he, or his brother, had just removed the scab prematurely. Thankyou very much for your help, and a big thanks to Bonnie who was amazing with our cat Moose.

Despite Clancy's numerous serious health challenges over the years, the level of expertise and care provided has been remarkable. I simply cannot thank them enough for their dedication and support.
