Absolutely fantastic experience (as far as dentists go, I mean, it's not like dentists are ever enjoyable lol). The clinic is insanely clean. The environment is quiet. Reception is polite and efficient. Doctor Shruti has a brilliant demeanor. Her bright, jokey personality functions as a fantastic way to reduce anxiety and effortlessly conveys professionalism. At least so far 2 weeks into my root canal treatment there as been zero issues. She is extremely open and upfront with providing information. I'm sure there are other metrics that she ranks highly in too. In short, easily the best dentist I have ever seen. Honestly the only thing that is negative is the location. Parking is potentially mildly difficult, being on a major road. However so far I've gotten on street parking for free 3 times. But I can see that being an annoyance at some point.
Our recent visit to Lotus Dental was excellent. The operating theatre was spotless, well-organised, and clearly designed to be children-friendly. Dr Hafsa was outstanding in her professionalism and kindness, especially with our six-year-old, who felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. Her friendly approach and reassuring manner created a calm and positive environment, which made what could have been a stressful experience very comfortable. The dental advice she provided was clear, practical, and easy to follow. We were impressed by both the clinic’s cleanliness and efficiency, and by Dr Hafsa’s care. Highly recommend both the clinic and Dr Hafsa for families seeking quality dental care in Brunswick.
I had an amazing experience at Lotus Dental Brunswick. Dr. Shruti is absolutely incredible. Calm, gentle, and precise. The whole process was completely painless, quick, and handled with so much care. What I really appreciated was how transparent she was with all the information, explaining everything clearly and making me feel comfortable the entire time. Shout out to the reception staff too, from the minute that I called the team were very welcoming and managed to squeeze my appointment in on the day. The lady who took my payment was also very pleasant and when asking for pictures of my x-rays provided them straight away! If you’re looking for a dentist who’s professional, fair priced and reassuring, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Shruti and the team at Lotus Dental Brunswick highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing clinic .. I had a tooth that was broken and needed extraction. Dr Sheek made things super easy and painless. It was the easiest dental procedure I ever had… I definitely recommend him and his clinic for pain free and professional dental work.
