My recent visit was exceptional, largely thanks to the wonderful Dr. Vicky. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming – a far cry from the usual dental anxiety. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. Dr Vicky L took the time to explain everything clearly before proceeding, patiently answering all my questions without any rush. she constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable, both physically and emotionally. You could genuinely feel her care and concern. Most importantly, Dr. Vicky's work was precise, meticulous, and remarkably pain less. Whether it was a routine check-up, a thorough cleaning that felt incredibly gentle yet effective, or discussing treatment options, her expertise shone through. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jenny Liu for my wisdom teeth extractions. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive to detail, which really put me at ease. The procedure was much faster than I expected! Dr. Jenny also provided very clear and thorough post-operative instructions, which made the recovery process so much easier. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had absolutely no pain by the morning of the second day. To top it off, the final cost was even cheaper than the initial estimate. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist in Melbourne!

I was quite nervous about getting a root canal and crown, but Dr Marcus made the entire experience stress-free. He even helped adjust my crown to ensure it matched perfectly with my retainer. He’s extremely patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. The treatment was done smoothly with great results, and I felt well taken care of throughout. Truly grateful and would definitely recommend him.
