Patient Reviews

Had a crown done by Dr Daniel and he was very professional, patient and caring throughout the whole process. He really tried his best to make the crown comfortable and natural. So far it’s been almost 5 months and everything has been great. My daughter and I also come here regularly for check up & cleaning. The team is friendly, the service is good, and everything is explained clearly which makes us feel comfortable and well informed. The only downside is the waiting time — usually around 10–15 minutes after check-in before being seen. Hopefully this can be improved. Overall still a good experience and we’re happy with the dental care provided 😊

Dr. Justin Luke extracted my inflamed back tooth and did an excellent job. The whole process was quick and smooth. He also patiently explained how to take care of the wound afterward. I really appreciate his professionalism and care. I would definitely come back if needed. 🥰

An American visiting Australia who is anxious about visiting dentists, I had an amazing experience at Dental One Richmond! Dr. Sai and his assistants were friendly, professional and kind. Dr. Sai explained everything he was doing during the procedure, and made sure I was doing okay throughout. Pricing was reasonable as well. I highly recommend Dental One and their services!

Saw Mimi today. My very first appointment with this firm. She was fantastic in her explanations and very competent and gentle in giving me a scale and clean. Reception staff were also very welcoming. Highly recommended.

I had such an incredible experience with Justin, I had a yellow spot on the tooth that for years dentists told me was permanent and my fault from scratching it. Without even mentioning it Justin was able to remove it and realised it was probably glue from braces (10 years ago). Incredible dentist and great overall experience, wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Bulk Billing & Costs in Melbourne CBD

Bulk billing dental services are limited in the Melbourne CBD due to high commercial rents. Most practices are private-fee, though many offer gap-free check-up packages through Bupa, Medibank, and HCF that effectively bulk bill the check-up component. The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne on Swanston Street in adjacent Carlton is the main public dental provider for eligible patients including children, concession card holders, and DVA card holders.
