I recently went to Bupa Dental South Melbourne and I had a very positive experience. The team is very friendly and accommodating with everything. Dr Shivani is an amazing dentist who was very professional with the treatment and provided expert dental advice on my dental concerns. Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant and the procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Shivani!

I had a very unpleasant experience here today, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Dr. Shivani at all. She showed little regard for the patient’s comfort — during the cleaning, she didn’t seem to care whether it was painful, and even when I clearly signaled discomfort, she ignored it. Her attitude throughout the appointment was dismissive and unprofessional. This was truly the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.
I had a really positive orthodontic experience with Dr. James Lailah. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which helped ease my nerves. He clearly explained the entire fixed braces process, answered all my questions, and gave me realistic, helpful advice on how to achieve the results I was after within the timeframe I had in mind. I also really appreciated how flexible he was with scheduling, which made appointments easy to manage. I felt well taken care of throughout the process and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.
Just completed my orthodontic treatment with Dr. James Lailah and could not be happier with my end results. Dr. James is one of the most highly skilled dentist I know and can't be any happier and recommend him. I wouldn't trust any other dentist with my teeth than Dr.James.
