Dr Lachlan Berry was fantastic - professional, friendly and made the whole appointment feel extremely comfortable. No one likes going to the dentist but Lachlan made it bearable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dentist who genuinely cares about his work in the CBD - you will not regret it.
I recently had an issue with a loose implant crown and came in quite anxious about it. Teena at the front desk was the first point of contact and immediately set the tone — she was warm, understanding and genuinely conscious of the situation, going out of her way to accommodate me and move things around to make sure I was seen. She’s just a good person who happens to be great at her job. Dr. Izzat was outstanding. His expertise was immediately evident — he diagnosed and addressed the issue the same day, which in itself was a huge relief. But beyond the clinical skill, his chairside manner is what really stood out. He was calm, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just the procedure in front of him. Simone, who assisted Dr Izzat, was amazing too. Together they made what could have been a really stressful experience feel completely manageable. The combination of clinical excellence and genuine human warmth is rarer than it should be, and this practice has both. Highly recommend to anyone in Melbourne looking for a dentist they can truly trust
I have had a good experience here so far with Armin. He is professional and takes good care of the patient. Every visit with him is lovely as he can explain what happened in my teeth in a simple and clear way. I also received useful advice from him. He has made my dental experience less scary.
Armin is by far the best dentist I have ever seen! I had an amazing experience with him. Although he seemed quite young I was skeptical at first. I came in to get a filling and a clean and the whole process was professional and completely pain free. The injection felt smooth and gentle, he took the time to explain everything which made me feel really comfortable. It’s honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Because of how great the service was, I’ll definitely be bringing the rest of my family to Armin as well. Highly recommend!
I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at Bupa Dental. Everyone rules! From receptionists who are always kind, Mikaela who is dead set the best dental hygienist in the world and Dr David who is patient and careful and never shames you for having a mouth full of holes . I was a cordial kid and now am an adult who likes to hit the Pepsi Max pretty hard so my teeth are not a walk in the park. I always avoided the dentist. But now I never skip a check up. Thank you everyone and if you're reading this - book in to Bupa!
