The Paediatric Dental Practice - Dentist in Surfers Paradise

We visited for the first time today and my son hasn’t wiped the smile off his face since. He’s 7, was quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Lisa was warm and caring, and explained everything to him. He said afterwards she is the nicest person The place was immaculate and clean, and kids would feel so at ease If you have little ones, I strongly recommend you book an appointment here

I can’t thank the team enough for being such caring and gentle professionals. My child has been very traumatized by hospital experiences, and the staff here went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. They treated her with respect, used a wonderful kid-friendly approach, and showed genuine kindness. Dr. Dalton was absolutely amazing — not only highly skilled but also warm and reassuring. Brilliant service by all staff, from first point of call speaking with Kirsty who listened to our emergency and got my daughter in straight away to see Dr Michael Chong. Dr Chong was friendly and very informative giving me our options in detail and was fantastic with my daughter. The nurse staff were lovely too! I was provided with a quote before any work was started and was pleased with the cost (I actually thought I’d be up for a lot more considering my daughter had chipped both her front adult teeth) The end result now is amazing, her teeth look brand new and we look forward to her next review in a month’s time. The clinic is clean and aesthetically pleasing, very relaxing/soothing environment for children. I am so happy with the service, I have booked my 5yo son to start coming here for his 6 monthly checkups too.

Today we experienced a lovely experience! Not many of us enjoy going to the Dentist but we certainly did today. I have a daughter with very high challenging special needs. They were absolutely brilliant so kind so respectful & so professional.We are so grateful to be recommended to this wonderful inviting dental practice where every aspect of our needs were met & more.! !! Please beware of the advice given by this practice. Our initial appointment we were told our little one needed dental surgery at the hospital with a general anesthetic - booked and deposit paid. We later found out (it was never disclosed) that we had not seen an actual dentist… how can a child be booked for surgery without seeing a dentist? We got a second opinion and are now 6 months down the track - no surgery and no issues.
