Medlands has been so helpful and accommodation throughout the years. As a teenager I had my braces done here and they did a fantastic job to straighten my smile. More recently, a link in my bonded retainer broke 3 days before a trip and they were so awesome to get me in at short notice to fix it. Bianca was fantastic and did an awesome job fixing my bonded retainer and I couldn't be more grateful for her and the rest of the Medlands Team's assistance. Cannot recommend Medlands enough for everything orthodontic!

My son had his braces done six years ago and ended up with an amazing smile. Now where he works at the Sheraton Mirage, he is known as Christian "Mr smiley". I came today to get my wire fixed as my regular dentist was unable to get the wire sitting correctly. The staff Jess, and Bianca the hygienists take time to examine my teeth then custom make my wire to fit perfectly. The reception staff all greet you with open arms plus the refreshments are a real treat! All about looking after the customer. Excellent service with a smile 😁 😀 Many thanks to the staff at medlands for their personalised service and care .

Every visit to Medlands is a great experience—everyone is friendly and eager to help. My daughter was very nervous about getting braces, but Kiri took the time to put her at ease. Bianca also went above and beyond to help me with an issue from a previous orthodontist, offering a truly personal approach. Thank you!

We are just starting our second braces journey with Medlands for our son after having such a great experience with our daughter. Dr Bill is so friendly & professional, it always puts my mind at ease knowing we are dealing with such an experienced & highly regarded Doctor. It takes a great team to run such a successful business for so long so I wanted to mention Brigette on reception who I swear replies to all my emails within 30 minutes and Kellie C who has such a genuine caring smile and goes above and beyond to ensure we are having a good experience there. Over 16 years ago I had my braces put in, and my teeth are still straight! I remember as a young teenager how comfortable I felt walking into Medland, and how well treated I was by each and every staff member. Let me tell you that this remarkable level of professionalism and care has remained to this day. The clinic was just as busy as I remembered it being all those years ago. I recently returned due to my upper metal wire retainer coming loose from a tooth, after many years of no issues. They urgently accommodated me and fixed it that same day during the appointment. Medland Orthodontics Benowa has a long history as well. Many kids at my school at that time also had their braces done from here. So if you’re still undecided, I can assure you after more than 16 years I’m yet to find a single fault about Medland. Most importantly, my teeth look great! As a young teenager growing into my adult years, the confidence that my straight teeth gave me was worth its weight in gold. Thank you Medland Orthodontics!! 10/10
