I visited today for my first appointment at 2:00 PM for an initial consultation and assessment. The clinic itself is beautiful—clean, calming, and well-designed. It creates a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. The dentist was knowledgeable, but the consultation felt quite rushed, likely due to a busy schedule. The entire consultation took around 15 minutes, including imaging and a dental scan, which were done efficiently and with good technology. However, the main concern for me was the pricing and lack of transparency. The website clearly advertises a $249 new patient offer, yet I was charged $356 for the consultation alone. While there may have been additional services included, this was not clearly explained beforehand, which left me feeling uncomfortable. The total payment came to $506, including a $150 deposit for the next appointment. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but I do expect clear and upfront communication about costs—especially when there is a promotional offer advertised. Overall, the clinic has great potential and a lovely environment, but clearer pricing and better communication would significantly improve the experience. I have still decided to return for my next appointment, but I hope this aspect is handled more transparently moving forward.
I had my new patient exam today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Juri was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. I was feeling a bit nervous at first, but he made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic felt very safe and welcoming. I was also greeted by Chloe at reception she was absolutely lovely, smiling and very friendly. Fabio, the dental assistant, also provided all the support I needed during my visit, which made the experience even more reassuring. Overall, a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!
I visited the website for oasis dental to see if I could obtain information about how to get quotes for dental work I am looking at getting. I have contacted multiple dentists for this as it is an expensive job and I wish to not only find a fair price, but also a dentist I feel I can trust to do the work well. I was called the next day to organise a visit. They insisted on me paying $250 to get a full jaw x-ray done prior to going to the clinic. This is the first (and only) place that has asked me to get this done at my own expense prior to even seeing me. After approx 5 phone called over a short period of time, they agreed to do the x-ray at the clinic on the agreement I would pay them for it if I wished to have the x-ray go somewhere else. If you're a first time visitor to this area, it is quite poorly signed for where the actual clinic is. I arrived, got my x-ray done and went to talk to the dentist. He went through the x-ray and his ideas of what would be needed. All seemed to be consistent with other evaluations. Then I needed to get a second x-ray before leaving for him to do up a quote. I asked initially to put in the cost for gold crowns as that is what I want. He said it wouldn't be a problem and he would email them out. Some time passed before the email arrived, at the same time the clinic called. I was unable to take the call but the voicemail basically stated they wanted to book me in to start the treatment. The quote didn't contain anything regarding the gold crowns, so I waited to see if that would come. Another week or so passed, they called again while I was with another health professional. I was unable to answer the call, but straight after it rang out they called again. I called them back as soon as I left the appointment I was attending. They wanted again to book me in to start treatment. I stated I hadn't received the quote for gold crowns. They said they would go and ask for the dentist to chase up the price again, but then asked if they couldn't do gold would I still go ahead with porcelain. No, I stated I wanted gold at the initial consult. No follow up since. Completely ghosted. TLDR Overly pushy and unable to present any services away from basic. Inconvenient location. Clinic is quite flashy but I feel that all the effort to look high end is to cover the fact that all they offer is basic service without any room for personal wants.
Just got my teeth cleaned and checked up and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr Akiyo was kind, patient and explained everything clearly. My teeth feel spotless and the whole visit was comfortable from start to finish, receptionist was also helpful , warm kind and friendly. Great dental team!
Excellent experience at Oasis Dental. I’ve visited twice, once for a check-up and clean, and again for two fillings, and both times were great. The team was welcoming, professional, and highly skilled, and the clinic is modern, spotless, and well equipped with up-to-date technology. I was treated by Dr. Remon Bebawy, who has a very calm manner and clearly knows his work, which made me feel confident and in very safe hands throughout the appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back for regular check-ups.
