We have been using this dentist for over 10 years. We have never had any issues with cleanings or treatments for our family. We enjoy each visit. The dentist is very child-friendly, so there’s no need to be afraid of treatment. You can watch TV during your treatment, and you can also enjoy different flavors of fluoride. My son used to like the bubble gum flavor. You will receive a toothbrush set at the end of your treatment. The staff are always professional and efficient. This is a very popular dentist. 🦷🪥 If you need Japanese speaking staff for understanding your teeth condition, you can request Japanese speaking staff for your treatment . On my week off, I went to Dental on Falconer two weeks ago for a clean with the hygienist Natasha. Even when leaving, I felt my teeth weren’t properly cleaned. I mentioned this at the time, but was told by Natasha that she had done a thorough job as she is a perfectionist. I assumed it might just be the product they used, but after a couple of days my teeth still didn’t feel clean — nothing like other cleans they had previously done. I rang the practice to explain, but was told that because Natasha only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays (which don’t match my limited availability), I would need to see another doctor. No mention was made that I’d be charged again. When I came back today (two weeks later), Dr. Katarina informed me I’d need to pay another $150–200 for another clean. I explained that my teeth weren’t cleaned properly in the first place, but was still told I’d have to pay again. Understandably, I left feeling very disappointed. For context, Dr. Jack had checked my teeth two weeks ago and said they were generally fine, and I had a clean done at Pacific Smiles Dental earlier this year with no issues at all. So it’s not a case of me having “bad/rotten” teeth — it’s simply that the clean at Dental on Falconer was not done properly. Unfortunately, the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. You end up paying twice for something that should have been done right the first time. While I had no problems with Dr. Jack himself, I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience and will not be returning.
It was very easy to make an appointment, and the teeth cleaning process was smooth and comfortable. I’m really happy with both the consultation and the treatments I received. Thank you for the excellent care! ☺️"
I highly recommend Dental on Falconer. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful, and the dentists provide kind and efficient care. They offered me valuable advice and the best options for my teeth. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and I love the way they look now more than ever. I will definitely be coming back again.
I had an excellent experience with the dentist. I rarely came across so much good care, from the booking of appointment to the follow up of my dental care, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
