Dr. Ben is an outstanding dentist whose expertise is complemented by his genuine kindness and compassionate approach to patient care. During my recent appointment, both Dr. Ben and Sam ensured I felt completely at ease, making the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The professionalism they exhibited was exceptional, truly setting this practice apart. Both my partner and I have had an outstanding experience with Dr Ben at Coastal Dental Care Mermaid Beach. From the moment we walked in, his professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care put both of us at ease. I had an excellent experience at Coastal Dental in Mermaid Beach. Dr Josh did an amazing job on my tooth . I couldn’t be happier with the result. He is incredibly professional, gentle, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you’re at ease every step of the way. It’s not often you find someone who combines such high-quality work with such a caring approach. Perfect! Went in for a first patient visit, reception staff were super friendly. Dr Joshua Lee was very warm and kind, completed everything efficiently and very thorough. He spent some time at the end to discuss any concerns I had and actually listened. Shoutout to the dental assistant, she was also very lovely and kind. 10/10 !
