Our youngest son just had two bridges installed; Dr William was super particular during preparations, did a great job with the final product and saved us thousands compared to seeing a prosthodontist. I went here for a normal dental clean because my normal dentist was booked out. Not impressed. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. Also they don’t do the normal “air polishing” that other dentists use as they don’t have the equipment. Very basic service. I won’t be returning and hope my normal dentist is available next time.
What a surprisingly great experience. I booked a clean and check up, as a friend recommended Bupa Dental based on my private health insurance. Easy to book, plenty of reminders and in clinic, the ladies at reception were lovely and super efficient, my dentist and his assistant were attentive, explained what was happening every step of the way and worked flawless together. It’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my dental needs.
Honestly one of the best cleans I’ve had. Saba Tahir was so gentle but still really thorough, and she removed all the stains on my teeth. I’m usually nervous at the dentist but felt totally comfortable today. Thanks!

They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. And meeting Dr. Holly was truly the highlight! She’s from Taiwan and does dental cleaning the way Brazilians love it — with incredible care, attention to detail, and deep knowledge. She took the time to explain everything about my dental situation and the next steps so clearly that it felt like a mini dental class! My husband is also being treated by her, and my daughter will be next — that’s how much we trust and recommend her. If you have Extras cover with BUPA, it’s bulk billed — so just go! 😄🦷✨
