9PM Nurse was outstanding but clearly overwhelmed juggling between full beds with patients and doctor requests observed. A 2nd nurse would have made her workload more manageable. Great after hours facility but you need to look after your staff better. Very Sad watching her sweat and racing entire time we were in triage room. Even receptionist came in to check she ok. 5 star for nurse professionalism under pressure

Always a positive experience at Our Medical. The doctors and staff are welcoming and accommodating — a real asset to the local community. Centrally located on the Gold Coast, and with radiology and pathology services available on-site, it’s incredibly convenient to have everything you need in one place. When you’re feeling unwell or concerned about your health, a waiting room is not always the most inviting place to be — but Our Medical manages to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like a safe sanctuary, putting you at ease from the moment you walk in. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience, and then not so great. Great when I saw Dr Love for an acute injury of my knee - thank you for your assessment. Not so great follow up appointment with Dr Kazum, as my MRI results showed a grade III MCL tear with femoral avulsion - warranting an orthopaedic review to assess for displacement of the bone fracture. I believe GP guidelines state an orthopaedic referal is necessary for such injuries? I feel my MRI results were not given appropriate attention. Not only was I not refered to the orthpaedic outpatient clinic/an orthopaedic specialist for assessment, I was not given a care/rehabilitation plan or referred for physiotherapy. He made assumptions based on me 1. Not being an athlete, and 2. Not having private health insurance. My job requires 8-10 hours on my feet, and constant activity. I am very keen to remain active and reduce the risk of injury-related arthritis and really expected to have some kind of management plan. But I received a 5 minute consult, and advice for a grade 1 minor injury. Not good enough

I had an appointment yesterday after a work colleague recommending . Dr Lewis Lassig was amazing and treated my ingrown toenail immediately! Pain free instantly and worth the wait. I overheard other patients complaining about wait time and reception staff but personally think they need to remember it’s a bulk billed walk in practice . Thought reception did a good job considering multiple people being impatient and maybe a bit entitled. I waited 2 hrs but totally worth it! Thanks guys keep up the great work

Had a really great experience at this medical centre in Ashmore. The receptionist provided top-notch customer service — friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She listened carefully to my needs and guided me to the right place with genuine care. Dr. Lewis Lassig was also excellent — professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. It’s reassuring to come across people who truly make patients feel supported. Overall, one of the best GP practices I’ve visited — highly recommend for their excellent service and positive experience.
