I had a dental emergency and was seen very promptly! Reception staff were welcoming and Dr Joe was professional, warm and helpful. I felt very comfortable straight away. He explained and undertook my treatment options with next level clarity and execution. I was very impressed and would attend this surgery again.
I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to Oasis, all thanks to Dr Kenway. Easily the most knowledgeable, soft touching and best-looking dentist I’ve come across. He was very gentle putting things in my mouth which I appreciated as I am very timid. Lying back in the chair looking into Dr Kenways eyes made the whole experience far more comfortable than expected. Thanks again for getting my smile back to how I remember it. I’ll definitely be back to see Dr Kenway and Dr Nicky for my next check-up.
I received exceptional care from Dr. Suellen and her nurse. Dr. Suellen was incredibly attentive, thorough, and caring throughout the entire appointment. The check-up was very comprehensive, and what made me feel happiest and most satisfied was the sense of confidence and reassurance she provided during the consultation. I felt truly supported and well cared for, and I highly recommend her.
The best service with positive attitude. The receptionist are always so helpful and friendly. Dr Brayden is very patient with all my questions. First time getting a crown and it was so smooth. Also good follow up after the procedure. Dr Brayden care and attention is always outstanding. Also the Oral Therapist, Preithei has such a warm & welcoming attitude and cleaned my teeth with care. Highly recommend this clinic that is professional, caring and skillful.
The whole team was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were bright and approachable, making a great first impression. I went in as a new patient with a broken tooth, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Joe, the dentist, was friendly and explained everything he was doing along the way, which made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out the same day with a new crown, which was incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a dentist and a great practice, this is definitely the place to go.
