My experience with Dr Ethell has been especially positive — he is friendly, informative, and takes the time to make each visit feel relaxed and personal. You genuinely feel that you are in very capable hands, and I always feel comfortable in the chair. The personal touch I have received throughout my treatment at Orthodontics Canberra has really stood out to me. Before choosing Orthodontics Canberra, I also visited another clinic in town. We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr Tom throughout my son’s orthodontic journey, from starting in a twin block through to braces. Dr Tom is incredibly thorough, professional, and fantastic at what he does. His bedside manner is outstanding — always bright, bubbly, and genuinely interested in getting to know the kids by asking them questions and making them feel comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support we’ve received and would highly recommend him.
