I highly recommend Dr. Jade Yuan at Shine Dentist! I recently came in for a filling, and Dr. Jade was incredibly professional and attentive. She patiently explained every step of the process, which really helped ease my dental anxiety. Her technique is excellent and so gentle that I barely felt any discomfort. The clinic is also very modern and clean. If you’re looking for a reliable and responsible dentist, Dr. Jade is the one to see!
Waste of time. I booked a clean and check-up with Jade, but the cleaning lasted about 5 minutes and felt rushed and incomplete. When I raised my concern, the dentist casually said she could clean again, which completely undermined my confidence in her professionalism. I lost trust and will not be returning.

Dr. Jade Yuan was attentive, professional, and very supportive, clearly explaining my dental issues and what I should watch out for, and also taking the time to discuss possible treatment options.
