My husband and I had back to back appointments with Dr Shruti and couldn’t be happier with our results. Dr Shruti was kind, precise and tried her best to be gentle but thorough and checked in with each of us during to ensure we were comfortable, her team were also lovely. She gave us treatment options with our tailored care plan and we are both very happy to continue our dental care at Franklin Bright Smiles!

Dr Shruti and her team are absolutely wonderful! They really make sure you feel at ease every step of the way, always checking in with you. Dr Shruti is incredibly knowledgeable and confident in her skills, but she’s also patient and will listen to you carefully, answer all your questions, and address any concerns you have before you make any decisions. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing one of the best dentists ever!

I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for the care I received at this clinic. After having traumatic experiences with other dentists in the past, I was absolutely terrified to attend my appointment today. My anxiety was through the roof, but from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and understanding. Dr Shruti Biyani was incredibly gentle, calm, and patient with me. She took the time to reassure me, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable at every stage. I had a root canal procedure, and to my complete shock, it was entirely painless. I never imagined I would be able to say that about a root canal! She truly did an amazing job. I also want to say a huge thank you to Luisa, who was so supportive and compassionate. She helped me feel safe, helped me relax, and continuously reassured me that everything was going to be okay. That level of care makes all the difference when you’re feeling anxious. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had, and I will never go anywhere else again.
