Canberry Dental - Dentist in Gungahlin

I’ve genuinely had the most positive dental experience of my life at this practice. As someone with ADHD, dental hygiene hasn’t always been my strength, and I’ve often felt a lot of anxiety and shame walking into dental appointments. That has never been the case here. From the first visit, there was absolutely no judgement - just a calm, practical focus on making a plan and moving forward. Dr Adam’s is incredibly considerate and attentive, always checking in on how I’m feeling and taking the time to explain things clearly. As a neurodiverse person, dental visits come with real sensory challenges, and these were managed so thoughtfully and respectfully that I felt genuinely at ease. I also need to mention that this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with anaesthetic - smooth, well-explained, and pain and stress free, which made a huge difference. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist, but now I feel comfortable, supported, and confident about my dental care. I couldn’t recommend Dr Adam and the team more highly!

Canberry Dental is easily the best dental clinic I’ve found in Canberra. Dr. Veronica Adam is amazing—patient, reliable, and genuinely invested in your care. She quickly detected and fixed a cracked molar during a routine check-up, saving me from future pain and expense. Her attention to detail and supportive approach make every visit stress-free. On top of that, it’s the best value for money I’ve experienced in dental care. I’ll definitely be back—trusted, professional, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Completely and utterly disappointed with Canberry Dental. I will not longer recommend them to anyone! My 3 children have been seeing Veronica for their entire lives (around 7yrs- regular check ups and 1 emergency trip in that time too). I seem to have been blocked from booking without any explanation at all? I tried to book a couple of months ago online and it said I was unable to and to call the office. Then again, I called the office yesterday to book- the receptionist I spoke to was hard of hearing, rude and couldn't understand me very well. We got the times lined up and when we went to book the first child in, after reading out my daughters name, the receptionist went funny- giggled and said sorry I cannot book you in, I will have to speak with Veronica. I asked what the reason behind not being able to book in was and she said, she will talk to Veronica and that was the end of the phone call in another rude manor. The receptionist did not take my phone number to call back and clearly had no interest in getting back to me. The only explanation I can think of is, I had to cancel last minute when my children got very sick with a virus the day before their appointment (the last time I tried to book them). Which isn't an ok excuse to block a client from booking after years of loyalty. I have recommended all my friends and family to see Veronica at this Dental Surgery (my mum is currently a regular client of yours and so is my little brother and sister due to my recommendations!). What a waste of energy and time. HIGHLY Disappointing!

Veronica is a fantastic dentist who provides first class care and service. No more worries about visiting the dentist anymore 🙂

Professional service and great value for money!!! Veronica is an excellent doctor - very patient and caring. I'm awfully afraid of the dentist but Veronica managed really well the situation and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure (tooth extraction). I totally recommend Dr. Veronica - she is the best dentist I ever had. The staff is also very professional and extremely helpful. Best dentist in Canberra for sure!
