The best orthodontists in our city. Respectful, professional and caring doctors, nurses and support staff. Our journey took longer than we expected but not once we felt unsupported. Highly recommend! Today they opened the clinic during Christmas shutdown for small emergencies which are common in younger people.

Supersmiles have been amazing to us over the past four years. Their dental team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and the lovely reception staff have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate emergency appointments when we needed them. Thank you for the fantastic work you’ve done with my daughter’s teeth — we couldn’t be happier with the care she received.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Dr Mann for orthodontic treatment. She has been professional, calm, and extremely thorough, taking the time to clearly explain the treatment plan, including the twin block, and what to expect at each stage. The approach was gentle and reassuring, which made the process comfortable and stress-free. The care and attention to detail have been excellent, and we’ve felt well supported throughout the treatment. Highly recommend Dr Mann for orthodontic care.

We’ve been seeing Dr Temo at Super Smiles for the past 5 years, and he’s been absolutely amazing with our boys. Our eldest has had braces and is about to have them removed in the coming months - we’re so thrilled with how they look! Our middle son just got his braces today, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. A huge shout out to receptionist, Hayley - we deal with medical receptionists all the time, and she is by far one of the nicest, loveliest, and most helpful receptionists we’ve met. She’s incredibly pleasant, bends over backwards, and made everything work seamlessly for us. We really appreciate all she did to make our sons experience such a smooth one. Our daughter has braces from this place. We need to revisit the place every few weeks to get something adjusted. A wire pops out, some bands fall off, etc. She is very careful with her food and we make sure she follows the guidelines in terms of what she can eat with them. Most recently a 1cm section of wire snapped off completely in my daughter's mouth. Luckily she didn't swallow it! When we went in to get it fixed I was told "these things happen" but upon inspection they found that the teeth were making direct contact with the wire, resulting in it eventually snapping. The worst part is that we were in there 3 weeks earlier for a check up / adjustment, they absolutely rushed through it as fast as they could to get the numbers though. You'd think they would have picked it up during that check up and resolved it then. Pretty sloppy work that almost resulted in a potential hospital visit for which they would have taken no responsibility. The place seems to just want everyone in and out as fast as possible to rake in the cash.
