I was not looking forward to having root canal treatment, but with Dr Devi I actually found it to be a not unpleasant experience. She explained the costings and the process very well beforehand, and I felt very well prepared for the two treatment sessions. She was extremely competent and very gentle. And I managed to watch two very interesting episodes of David Attenborough on the ceiling while all the drilling etc was taking place. I would highly recommend Dr Devi at Canberra Dental Specialists in Florey. Her waiting room also shows she has a sense of humour.
Dr Devi has taken very good care of me. Her manner is so calm and soothing which helped me relax for a long procedure. Love the ceiling mounted tv for distraction. Dr Devi explained my situation and options fully and answered all my questions patiently. All costs were explained upfront and the pricing was very reasonable.
Dr Arpana Devi is an excellent clinician who has treated me on several occasions for my dental concerns. I highly recommend her to the Canberra community. Her chairside manner, seamless execution of dental procedures, and professionalism as a clinician are qualities I greatly value. I particularly recommend Dr Arpana to anyone seeking clinical advice, professional opinion, and management of root canal procedures.
I had a root canal treatment with Dr Devi and it was, without doubt, the best I have ever experienced. The endodontist was exceptionally skilled, gentle, and thorough, explaining each step clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was done with such precision and care that I felt completely at ease. The result is excellent — I couldn’t be happier. Truly outstanding work!
Dr Devi and her colleagues at Canberra Dental Specialists were wonderful. I needed urgent care for significant pain in my teeth and jaw, and they assessed and treated me with compassion, excellent pain management and incredible precision. Because they were such excellent communicators, I also felt aware of what was needed to improve the health of my teeth, and how to best manage them – during the session, and afterwards. They were very friendly as well as very professional. I will definitely go back to them when needed!
