I saw Renee for a teeth cleaning, she was very gentle and did an excellent job, explained to me what was going to happen and why. She was also assisted by Maddie who did a very good job at making me feel welcomed. The experience as a whole was amazing and my teeth have never felt better! Highly recommend.
I had a lovely experience at this clinic. I saw Renee Fleming and she did a fantastic job. Explaining all the steps and what was gonna happen. My teeth came out cleaner than ever. Would recommend her!
Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I would like to note that the dentist was lovely. I just wanted to raise a concern about my recent appointment under the Child Dental Benefits Scheme. I was never told beforehand when booking that I’d need to pay upfront and claim back through Medicare, there was no written knowledge and was still not told before the appointment started. If I had been aware, I wouldn’t have booked, as I get quite anxious about having the money available for things like this. It was upsetting to only find this out after the appointment, especially since I was later told I had been informed when I hadn’t. I’d really appreciate it if clearer written information could be provided before treatment in future so parents can make an informed decision and avoid unnecessary stress.
