Did they get the job done? Mostly. Was the experience any satisfying? Not really. The Invisalign treatment costs a bomb and took way longer than expected. Fine. My real grudge is how they made me feel throughout the journey. You are a just a number in a well-oiled money making industrial operation. They harass you with automated text messages for years. At the actual check-in, you’ll be lucky if you get more than one minute with Dr Pazios before he dismisses your question or concern to run to his next “patient”.
Happy with service provided to both our boys who where half way through braces process that had commenced interstate. Embrace was happy to assist them in completing their process. Appointments were easy to make and flexible in which clinic we attended pending life’s other demands.
Pretty happy with my braces treatment so far. Only issues I’ve had is the time to get in, dentist will say I’m ready for tightening but will take a month to get an appointment. Also a few miscommunications with appointments from reception staff. It’s not very personal you see different dentists every time just kind of in and out but they are all super lovely They have an app that you can talk to them with and a take home scanner that you do every two weeks for the dentist to look at. It also shows you the progress which is really cool to look at Overall happy with everything though, my photos is only 10 weeks apart and huge difference already
Highly recommend Embrace Orthodontists! Dr Tom Ethell is amazing! My son was very anxious to begin with but Dr Ethell has made it a great experience for him, explaining everything clearly and his bedside manner is very kind and caring which makes everyone feel at ease. Along with the reception staff its all friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Very happy with how the new way they are doing braces now. The virtual appointments are great and super easy. When the time does come to have an adjustment appointment, they are made via a text and are easy to change with a phone call if that time does not suit you. Appointments are always quick and on time.
