Dear Leadership of Canberra Implant and Periodontal Centre, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional leadership and management of your facility. My sincere thanks go to your highly skilled and ethical dental team, as well as the entire outstanding staff. Under the meticulous management and extraordinary leadership of the manager, Debbie. Christine, Linda, and the entire front-desk team have formed one of the most professional and impressive teams I have ever encountered. During my visits, I witnessed your excellence firsthand. From the seamless scheduling of appointments and the warm reception during wait times, to the patient's prompt responses to queries and efficient handling of billing, your team creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your grace, genuine smiles, and high standard of professional ethics are truly commendable. To me, you are like "angels" providing warmth and solace to every patient. Furthermore, I would like to extend my special thanks to Dr. Park, a dentist of superb skill and impeccable professional integrity. From my very first consultation, her swift and precise diagnosis, along with a comprehensive treatment plan, earned my full trust and respect. Throughout the process—from diagnosis to the intricate dental implant surgery—Dr. Park’s expertise made me feel completely at ease. During the hour-long implant procedure, I was amazed that it felt as though only fifteen minutes had passed. Her post-operative care, including detailed hygiene instructions and long-term maintenance advice, has ensured both my oral health and aesthetic results. Dr. Park did more than just perform a surgery; she healed the anxiety I felt over my missing teeth and restored my peace of mind. She is not only a brilliant oral health expert but also a healing presence for the soul. Once again, my deepest thanks to the CIPC leadership, management, all dentists, medical staff, and the indispensable front-desk team. Sincerely, Emily 02/FEB/2026
Initially my experience with Cipc was fantastic- dr Peake was great , Kate was awesome in getting me over my initial anxiety. I had been swapped to someone else who had done one treatment on me- then 2 weeks before I was scheduled to go back to him- they informed me that he was no longer working there. I had no follow up with anyone else and I was placed on a cancellation list. You don’t feel you are a part of anything, I will be looking for another periodontist. Good luck CIPC
I can’t recommend Dr Park enough. Been coming here for a few years now and I am always looked after extremely well. The admin staff are always lovely and Dr Park has been professional, kind and understanding. She also gives you the honest truth about your situation and I really like that. I always know she has my best interests at heart. Highly recommend.
Dr Peake is an excellent peridontist, clearly so experienced and skillful. He did an extraction and dental implant for me, and I’m so pleased he did both. Thank you, too, to Karen and Linda, and the rest of the team.
Was a robbery of a consultation fee. Almost $200 for a 5 minute session to tell me everything I got told at the dentist and to go home and ‘discuss my options with my family’ when Im a 20 year old who can 1, make and pay for my own decisions and 2, had already talked to my family, friends and dentist about what I wanted to get done.
