My dad recently had an appointment with Dr. Ramos, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. Dr. Ramos showed exceptional knowledge and professionalism, taking the time to do a very thorough review and treatment for a tooth issue that had gone undetected by two previous dentists. His attention to detail and clear explanations made a real difference in my dad’s experience and outcome. A special mention also goes to Nurse Angela, who was kind, attentive, and made my dad feel completely at ease throughout the visit. We’re both very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Ramos and his team to anyone looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond.

In the last few months I’ve had exceptional service & support from the team at NDC @ North Adelaide Village. Four crowns, a dental clean followed up by treatment on worn front teeth has been somewhat challenging. The NDC team from Bernie in reception to Dr Rodrigo Ramos & nurse Angela have been caring, patient and understanding through the planning & decision making process. I travel a 400km round trip to the dentist, they’re incredibly accomodating in creating a plan and booking appointments to meet my needs. In the surgery/theatre Dr Ramos is communicative, considerate, and professional. I have quickly developed deep trust in him, rate him highly. As much as possible the dentist is a good place to visit. The culture @ this NDC branch and relationship developed with Rodrigo, Bernie & Angela who I’ve interacted with has been outstanding, makes you feel valued and that the service has your very best interests at heart Thanks so much. 😊

I had the most wonderful experience at NDC North Adelaide Village. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly, from the front desk to the treatment rooms. Dr Ramos was gentle, skilled, honest, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and at ease as he explained my options for future treatment. He took the time to talk to me about my dental health in great detail, which was very much appreciated. Nurse Angela was kind, caring, friendly and clearly very experienced. Her friendly, warm demeanour made me feel instantly calm and at ease. The practice at North Adelaide Village is so light, bright and airy. There is a calm, relaxed yet professional feel. All facilities were extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The state-of-the art technology was a welcome addition; I had never had my teeth charted in such precise detail with such clear photos. It allowed Dr Ramos to identify crucial elements of my oral health that previously were missed at another practice. The dental equipment was quieter than what I have experienced at other practices, and I was able to watch TV as I reclined in the treatment chair. Dr Ramos and Nurse Angela cleaned my teeth in a timely yet thorough manner; even a day later, I can still feel what a rigorous job has been done. It is clear that they are a great team as they worked in sync with each other to get the job done. Free parking below the shopping complex was a lovely added bonus. There were plenty of parks available, and finding the practice was easy. The Piksters pack provided to me upon payment was a lovely surprise. I will be continuing my dental treatment at NDC North Adelaide Village from now on; I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
