Absolutely awesome team. Reception staff are always welcoming & bubbly making you feel comfortable before your appointments. Communication regarding appointments are phenomenal, always making sure you are able to attend your next appointment a few days in advance. Dr Jason is a miracle worker, he was extremely professional & supportive throughout the whole process. He ensured to simplify everything & made sure it was straight forward every single step of the way. I went in with a vision & he made that vision into a reality. My confidence with my smile definitely has come a long way since our very first appointment. I honestly couldn’t be more happier with the job he has done & how smooth sailing he has made the last couple of months. Thank you so much.

From the very beginning of my journey to achieving my dream of having new teeth, the staff here made me feel comfortable and welcome. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful putting my mind at ease on every visit as they were able to tell I had major anxiety about dental work. Dr Tom Cocks was amazing and talked me through everything thoroughly and in a very encouraging and supportive manner. The All on Implant surgery was completely painless and the recovery staff just as professional and positive, I was made to feel like the most important person there instead of just another patient going through the doors. After three consecutive days of appointments I have walked away with an amazing set of temporary top implants bridge, while the proper set will be fitted in two weeks giving the jaw and gums time to heal properly but not completely leaving me without any teeth

It all started when i first booked my free consultation with Dr Thomas, the whole team at burnside made me feel so welcomed and to trust the whole process, i went through a heap of options that was best suited for my teeth. i then ended up booking my treatment and they shifted me to the north adelaide clinic where i had met Dr Zanelle on the day of treatment, i got resin veneers and they didn’t disappoint, prior to the appointment a lot of thoughts run, but a lot of good talk from a lot of people about her, and i found out for myself. but the moment i met Dr zanelle the thoughts went as she is very professional and skilled at her job. i was left speechless as to how much of change Dr zanelle could make and how quick she gets it done. both clinics here in adelaide are amazing and have made my dental experience moving forward so much easier ! highly recommend

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Jason and he was incredibly gentle, calm, and professional throughout the whole process, always checking in and making sure I was okay. His nurse, Rachael, was just as wonderful! She was kind, caring, and comforting the entire time. You can genuinely tell they both care deeply about their patients and want you to feel safe and looked after. I have also had my Invisalign and veneers done by Dr. Zanelle with the help of her nurse Amy. They were both so thorough, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions with so much patience, and made me feel completely understood and comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. Together, they all made such an amazing team and created such a calm and welcoming environment. I’m so grateful not only for the beautiful results, but for how cared for and comfortable the team made me feel throughout the whole journey. After listening to my daughter’s experience and seeing her result I booked in with Dr Zanelle. From the first consultation Dr Zanelle and her nurse were exceptional. Everything was explained in full detail and the process was so easy. Then the result I could not believe what a difference it made. When people say life changing I now know what they mean.
