i got my braces here (all finished now) and id say it was good! i would recommend it to family and friends. reception was nice, i dont know her name but the brown/black lady (i hope thats not offensive) was the best! she was always so so nice with her service to me. all the other workers were very nice, telling me whats gonna happen each step and the dr was very nice too!
Dr and all the staff are super proficient and helpful . We’ve had an amazing experience with Dr De Angelis and the team at Transform Orthodontics over the past four years treating Annika. The care, professionalism and attention to detail have been exceptional from start to finish. Dr De Angelis is knowledgeable, patient and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff are warm, organised and genuinely welcoming at every visit. The improvement in Annika’s smile has been remarkable, and the boost in her confidence has been priceless. We’re so grateful for the dedication and expertise shown throughout her treatment. Highly recommend!
I am not a patient of this practice, but I pass it on my way to work every day. I enjoy the effort that the team put into the seasonal decorations that adorn the outside of the property. It brings a little joy in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Thanks to the team for the thought and time that goes into this. It is noticed and appreciated.
I saw Dr De Angelis many years ago (almost 20) for braces which was very successful. I needed a check up and consult on an Express Invisalign and the process with the admin staff was nothing short of difficult. Very disappointed in all areas of customer service. After a lengthy phone call to book an a young admin staff to confirm a booking in which she put me on hold 6x times and was giggling throughout. I arrived to an appointment today at St Peter’s only to be told I’m booked in at Modbury.. highly disappointed very unprofessional admin staff. I’ve since booked another appointment with an alternative Ortho. Admin staff need further training at TOC.
Dr. De Angelis and the entire team are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment process and answer any questions I had. My son’s teeth & smile have completely transformed, and he couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend TOC!
