I love my new smile! An easy process with only a few in clinic appointments. Initially my treatment plan was 9 months and I chose to do a further set (9 months) to get it absolutely perfect. I’m so glad I invested in this and wish I did it sooner. At times I felt the instructions/ purpose of each step/ appointment confusing so I needed to make the effort to seek out more info from staff (which they were happy to clarify). The payment plan option make this affordable and I appreciate that 12 months of aftercare is included after removal which has reassured me. Also has included a teeth whitening session. The multiple sites make it convenient for appointments and they are always on time. Thank you to the team at straight smile centre!!
Happy with the experience at Valley view centre but not at the Norwood centre. The dental assistant who treated my son at Norwood was not good. I don’t want to visit there anymore.However appreciate the service at Valley view.
My son had his first visit here last week, all staff were very friendly. The dentist and his side lady were very nice and explained everything so I understood. Thankyou
I have never been to this place as I booked appt for my son and after orgamising for everything, an hour before appoitment they cancelled saying the doctor is not available. This is the most pathetic service I have experienced from a dental place. Hope they imprive their pathetic poor low service.

The entire process was really easy, I knew what to expect, I knew how long it would take. All of the staff were great. Lateesha and Cort thanks for always replying to my dental monitoring messages at random times in the day. I highly recommend straight smile centre to anyone who is considering getting their teeth straightened. I had no concerns the entire treatment. 10/10 Thank you so much I am so happy with my smile ❤️❤️
