Had a really good experience with Dr Michael Cai for a simple dental visit. He was friendly, calm, and explained what he was doing, which made everything feel way less stressful. The whole thing was quick and painless, and I felt really comfortable the entire time. The clinic was well organised, no long waiting around, and nothing felt rushed or awkward. Honestly one of the easiest dentist appointments I’ve had. Would definitely go back to Dr Cai and recommend him to anyone!!

I highly recommend Dr Mario at Pitt Street Dental Centre. He is an absolute gem. I was extremely anxious and nervous about getting dental treatment done, but Dr Mario truly understood my situation and handled it with so much care and compassion. He offered me happy gas to help me relax and even allowed my daughter to sit next to me during the treatment, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported. I have been to many dentists in the past, and none of them understood how to handle anxious patients like me. This clinic is genuinely special, and I truly thank God for giving me the opportunity to find it. Dr Mario gave me options, explained everything clearly, and treated me with patience and understanding. I have no words to express how wonderful he is. The entire team is amazing, even the staff and billing team are very kind, always offering little goodies and suggesting ways to save money, which is rare and greatly appreciated. I 100% recommend this clinic and Dr Mario. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would do as they truly deserve it.

I had an emergency dental issue while on holiday. Pitt Street dental center was recommended to me by my hotel. I saw Dr. Mario. He was fantastic. He did an excellent job on my repair and was very kind to me. I appreciated the way they worked me in within 30 minutes of my call. I highly recommend him.

I am extraordinarily grateful to Dr Kumar, Dr Cai, Valerie, and everyone at Pitt Street Dental Centre who made my experience so positive. I found myself in an emergency situation with an infected and broken tooth. I requested appointments with every dentist near my office for as early as possible the following day and was very distressed. Valerie at Pitt Street Dental Centre promptly confirmed an appointment for me for the following day, sending the email out of hours and putting my mind at ease so I could get some rest. My consult was with Dr Cai, who was incredibly patient and understanding despite my overwhelming dental phobia. He explained my options and worked with me to find a solution. The extraction was performed a few days later by Dr Kumar, in the chair with local anaesthetic and nitrous oxide. I was unbelievably distressed and anxious but Dr Kumar was patient and empathetic. I knew it would be a complicated extraction and it proved to be - my tooth had long, curved roots, with a large portion having broken off and large cavities littered throughout. However, Dr Kumar skilfully and expertly performed the extraction, and I did not feel a thing. It is difficult to put into words how much better it went than I had expected, and I credit Dr Kumar's expertise. He took the time to explain the procedure and the aftercare, and I left the dentist's office feeling like a weight had lifted off me.

I’ve been coming to Pitt St Dental for over a year now & can easily say it’s the best dental clinic I’ve been to. As someone who was terrified of dentists and always felt judged, I’ve never felt so welcomed & supported as I do at Pitt St Dental. Katarina does my cleanings & she makes it such a positive experience. I always feel so comfortable and taken care of with her! Would never go anywhere else after my experience here ☺️
