Overall a great local medical practice that bulk bills. Sometimes busy with long wait times but if you have a preferred doctor its worth it. And you can always pop out for a coffee and come back, opening hours are to 10pm so plenty of options to go in the evening too and be in and out quickly. Dr. Elhassadi is my go to; friendly, down to earth, thorough and empathetic. For certain Doctors you can make an actual bre booked appt. Having the Pathology and Radiology on site is brilliant. So easy. And friendly professional staff, just a shame that cortisone injections can no longer be done here. Having a Treatment room is excellent, for vacinnations and minor injuries. I find the check in app easy and quick. One let down is that main front reception virtually never answer the phone, I've had specialists try to call them too and not got through. Reception is the weak spot, and often not welcoming or helpful.

I had the best GP appt I’ve ever had. It was my first time at this practice. I saw Dr Minoo Ebrahimi. She addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to talk to me and educate me, but most importantly made me feel emotionally comfortable. I felt like I was speaking to a caring relative. She made me feel comfortable from the minute I sat down. She shared her personal experiences with me and made sure I understood how to handle my concerns. She really took her time explaining things to me, I truly felt like I was talking to a caring mother, she is such a beautiful human. This kind of level of care is not something doctors are paid to do. She is so genuine and knowledgeable. I’ve never had such a caring and invested doctor like her. My first time here and I just had to share my experience. She’s simply amazing!! Also the practices online check in is a wonderful tool, really helpful and efficient.

On 14-12-25 around 8 am, I went to clinic with bleeding finger(deep cut by knife). Around 7-8 people waiting in line, I apologised to them to make myself priority so I can get emergency medical attention. The receptionist ignored me first but then saw bleeding finger and asked how bad it was. The gauge was blood soaked, she took me to a room while asking questions about healthcare card n all, I said I will pay at front. With extreme rudeness and zero empathy about the bleeding patient in pain..said u need to register on app first. I said give me firstAid then i will complete everything but she insisted on app. A nurse understood the situation and got a look at my hand. She sat me down while prepping everything in time for doc efficiently. I tried registering…their stupid annoying app made me wait 20 minutes. Asked mandatory questions about birth gender..preferred gender!!! Then stucked 5 min coz of OTP verification. Why cannot these questions be left for later to filled. I know it was all about payment insurance. They could register me in from system and get my credit card details. Once registered, nurse quickly assigned a gp and after 25-30 minutes entering the clinic, my pain was eased by Dr Ali, gave me stitches in efficient time and professionally handled the situation. I was so relieved when he went through with paperwork on my behalf..showed empathy and encouraged that I will be okay after few days. I am thankful to Dr Ali for his emphatic response. Once done he took me to reception for further. There comes this rude with full of attitude receptionist lady… she has zero sense of communication with patients. She addressed “Listen…” with rude tone. I was respectful..humble.. with unfortunate incident..in huge pain..her behaviour made it worse. I was about to ask what wrong I did to her. But had to ignore coz other patients were waiting. Clinic needs to improve this registration process and provide some professional training to this receptionist. Thanks that they have wonderful team of nurse and GP.

I agree with other reviews that Dr Minoo Ebrahimi is outstanding. She is thorough and helpful and gave me top referrals, excellent advice and wonderful treatment. I am so impressed. The wait times can be crazy though sometimes it’s very quick and you can leave and return.
