While clinical care from Dr. Shota Shimada and assistant Apsana was excellent, my experience at reception with 'Soma' was extremely unpleasant. The manner in which she spoke was rude and unprofessional, and not appropriate for a healthcare setting. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, particularly after undergoing dental treatment. This interaction significantly detracted from an otherwise positive experience 🙏
NIB Dental in Hunter St Sydney is the absolute best. All the staff are pleasant and Dr Simon Priest as amazing. The whole family get all our dental care here and recommend this place to everyone.

I had a broken tooth while on holiday. I took the first appointment I could get at NIB on my return. Dr Eric Zong was fantastic. He fixed my tooth beautifully, taking a lot of care to provide a perfect colour match. I couldn't be happier!!
