Dr. Joanne was amazing—very patient and gentle. The clinic is great, but make sure you look for the Red Cross sign at the street level to find the entrance. It's on Level 1 (turn right). See my photos for directions!
I had my first visit here yesterday, and it was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was very detailed and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Dr Lonnóg was clear in her explanations, and it really shows how much she cares about her patients. I would absolutely recommend this clinic!
I had my first appointment at this practice last week and I've never had such a great experience visiting the dentist! The receptionist was so warm and welcoming and Dr Lonnóg was AMAZING! She was so thorough in her assessment, she explained everything really well and it was obvious how much she genuinely cares for her patients. Even the dental assistant was awesome. Highly recommend!
I’m so glad I’ve found this practice in the CBD. Incredibly welcoming and professional from the receptionist to the dentist. I was worried about an extraction and they were so flexible in fitting me in for additional check ups. I was even given a dental travel pack for my upcoming holiday - very thoughtful
Have been coming here for a few years now for my biannual clean which is completely covered by my health insurance - no out of pocket expenses. Really happy with the teeth cleaning and service they provide. Highly recommend!
