Omg! This is much better than I expected. As it is a very modest price I was thinking maybe it is in old facilities and imagined a dark environment. In reality! It is in a beautiful location and the X-ray machine is super avant Garde (am I using the right word? I meant it is state of art looks new!) - although I felt like in a sifi movie and almost puked from the turning machine. My dentist is dr Petal and he has a beautiful baby face with long eye lashes and nice smile which eased my nerves! Dr Patel is very professional - explaining to me what is the potential issue and treatment for consideration. The process is digital - from making appointments filling in medical history to signing in. So a phone and basic knowledge of app using is essential. I love the process of prepayment for commitment to the appointment- saves time for everyone. It is a definitly good clinic with everyone very welcoming and nice. It made my day as I was anxious over the weekend over my crown that came off from eating a caramel 🍬 Thank you Dr Patel! 🙏
Absolutely great experience from first contact until talking to Zac, the master dentist. I had the full all on 4 and Zac was extremely professional, knowledgeable and able to engage with me in a way I could understand the terms and process. He and his team were extremely calm and efficient. At the end of the day Zac even walked me to my lift after recovery to explain I’m better detail my recovery process. Would 10/10 recommend
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Dsouza is so friendly and easy to talk to. She makes everything feel simple and stress-free, which really helps if you’re feeling nervous about dental treatment. She explains everything clearly and always makes sure you’re comfortable. What I appreciate most is that the treatments are not only professional and high quality, but also reasonably priced and accessible.🥰🥰
Zendith was great. She put me at ease straight away, as I'm an anxious patient. Very thorough & explained everything really well. Gentle, really friendly & professional. Thank you & to the lovely dental nurse too!
Absolutely thrilled with my teeth whitening results! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My smile is noticeably brighter and still looks so natural exactly what I was hoping for. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and professional from start to finish. I was a little nervous beforehand, but it ended up being quick, easy, and completely worth it. If you’re thinking about getting your teeth whitened, I’d highly recommend it such a confidence boost and the staff were lovely!

Bulk billing dental clinics are limited in the Sydney CBD due to high commercial rents, but several practices offer gap-free check-ups and cleans for patients with eligible private health insurance through Bupa, Medibank, and HCF. The Sydney Dental Hospital on Chalmers Street in Surry Hills (a 15-minute walk from Central station) is the nearest public dental provider for eligible patients including concession card holders, DVA card holders, and children under the CDBS.
